Where can I park during the event?
You will find a car park behind the hotel and spaces are secured on a first come first served basis. If you are driving to the hotel, please enter via Bachelors Acre, SL4 1ER. Parking is priced at £30 per 24hrs. Otherwise there are several public car park available in the town centre walking distance from the hotel
Is there a train station close by?
There are 2 train stations in Windsor:
Windsor & Eton Central (approx. 3mins in car/8minute walk)
Windsor & Eton Riverside (approx. 2mins in car/6minute walk)
Who many people can I invite?
You can invite as many people as you like, make sure book your tickets asap online and inform us of each individual name, menu choice and any dietary requirements.

Is there preferred accommodation I can book?
A special rate for guests of £180.00 per room per night including breakfast based on single occupancy in a Classic Double Bedroom. Should family bedrooms or twin bedrooms be required a supplement will apply. Upgraded rooms are available at a supplement. £10.00 Supplement for Double occupancy
Guests are to call the hotel directly 02038855321 or email reservations@suttonhotelcollection.com and quote the following reference 3056483 to get the discounted accommodation rate. Credit/Debit card details are required to guarantee the reservations. No payment will be taken from the card unless authorised to do so by the guest.
Is there a dress code for the Business Awards Dinner?
Yes, the dress code is: Black Tie, (No jeans or trainers)
Is there a lift onsite?
Yes, there is a lift you can use
If I book my ticket online, how do I collect my ticket?
Once you have booked you ticket you do not need to collect your tickets(s), when you arrive at the event your name/group name which be checked at the entrance.

The event will start at 6:30pm till 11:45pm

Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?
No tickets will be available to purchase on the day of the event.

Yes, it is free to enter the Maidenhead & Windsor Awards.
Who can enter?
We welcome any organisation located in the Maidenhead & Windsor area.
If I do become a winner of an award, can I use the Business Awards logo?
Yes, you will be able to use the Business Awards logo on your promotional material that your company may have.
